This eLearning experience is eligible to support specific learning outcomes in a range of regulated qualifications.

The aim of this eLearning experience is to develop the learner’s awareness of delegation skills. This is offered to:

• industry individuals in their personal or professional development
• industry organisations as a solution for the development of their workforce

The objective of this eLearning experience is to provide a benefit to learners by empowering them to apply delegation skills within their role within an industry organisation.

This eLearning enrichment experience is underpinned by the following themes designed to support the overall objective. Successful completion of the experience will provide the learner with the understanding and ability to apply information within their own context. Learning themes include:

• the principles, process and methods of delegation
• how to identify appropriate delegation opportunities
• how to positive engage with and delegate to others

Learners and benefits

This eLearning experience will benefit learners in the active leisure, learning and well-being industry who wish to gain an awareness of cyber security, thereby supporting ethical practice in industry organisations.

Learner entry requirements

Prior to registration for this eLearning experience, learners are required to:

• be accurately identified
• be at least 16 years of age
• be able to communicate effective in English [reading, spoken, listening and writing].

Learner exit requirements                             

Education exit routes: This eLearning experience may be completed as a standalone experience or as part of a wider education programme. This may then support registration onto courses or qualifications in information technology or ethical practice.

Employment exit routes: This eLearning experience is particularly relevant to those who use IT to support their role and collect personal data. It may support those working in private coaching companies, leisure centres, gyms or fitness suites. It is also relevant to those who work for national governing bodies of sport or professional bodies associated with the arts. The product supports those working in county sport partnerships, sport and community clubs, and dance, drama and music conservatoires.

This eLearning experience is designed to be delivered through Transcend Academy HQ. Learners may contact Transcend directly to request access to registration.

Recognised centre and eLearning approval status 

This eLearning experience is also designed to be delivered through local, regional or national training providers, schools, colleges, universities and industry employers. All interested providers will be required to complete the recognition and/or approval process in accordance with our systematic process. 

This eLearning experience is developed by HiUp. HiUp provide powerful, easy to use eLearning applications that support personal or professional development through an engaging online experience.

 This eLearning experience has been validated by Transcend prior to release in order to determine its relevance to those practicing in the active leisure, learning and well-being industry. The eLearning Platform is provided to Transcend customers by HiUp.

The fee per learners is inclusive of the registration and eCertificate [for successful learners only].

 The fee per learner is 30 + VAT
